As chefs paranaenses Claudia Krauspenhar, do K.sa Restaurante, e Manu Buffara, do Restaurante Manu, estão em Paris junto com outros importantes nomes da gastronomia nacional e internacional, como Manoj Sharma (Shirvan), Alex Atala (D.O.M.) e Akrame Benallal, do estrelado Akrame, na capital francesa.


Manu integra o seleto grupo de 100 jurados internacionais selecionados para escolher os melhores restaurantes do mundo, no The Word Restaurant Award 2019. Além dela, apenas outros dois brasileiros fazem parte da lista: Atala e a jornalista e crítica gastronômica Alexandra Forbes.


Além de participar da premiação, Manu e Claudia realizaram um almoço beneficente e ainda farão incursões gastronômicas nas cidades de Lyon, Valance, Arles, Marselha e Montpelier. Mais dois nomes de peso do Paraná acompanham a dupla nesta jornada, Rosane Radecki (restaurante Girassol) e Flavia Rogoski (Bon Vivant).
