Começa nesta sexta-feira (13) a 2ª Chocolate Week, evento que reúne algumas das chocolaterias, confeitarias e docerias mais premiadas do país. O circuito vai reunir 10 estabelecimentos e 16 endereços e acontece simultaneamente em São Paulo e Belo Horizonte.

Nesta edição, que vai até 22 de setembro, as casas vão oferecer criações e combos exclusivos com valores até R$ 25,00 e os preparos serão dedicados ao chocolate Ruby, produzido pela Callebaut. O “chocolate rosa”, lançado no primeiro semestre de 2019, foi produzido com amêndoas de cacau ruby, sem adição de corantes ou conservantes e possui um sabor frutado levemente ácido.

Os chefs e chocolatiers participantes do festival gastronômico desenvolverão receitas inéditas que combinam o chocolate Ruby, com ingredientes regionais e muita criatividade. As marcas participantes da 2ª Chocolate Week Curitiba são Bazar Doce, Bee.O, Cookie Stories (Juvevê e Centro), Mary Ann Apple Factory (Centro Cívico e Bigorrilho), New York Cafe, Nina Romano, Nougat, O Famoso Brigadeiro (Hugo Lange, Batel e Centro Cívico), Prestinaria e Special Treat (Mercês, Batel e Bigorrilho).

Além do menu exclusivo disponível nesses locais, essa edição conta com uma programação de aulas-show exclusivas, com receitas de doces e sobremesas, ministradas por chefs do curso de gastronomia do Centro Europeu. Para mais detalhes acesse o site do evento.
