A Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUCPR), ficou entre as 46 instituições brasileiras citadas no Times Higher Education (THE) – um dos principais rankings universitários internacionais. A lista, divulgada recentemente, relaciona as melhores universidades do mundo.
A PUCPR ocupa a 13ª posição entre as nacionais e foi a única universidade privada do Paraná classificada no ranking. Entre os indicadores de maior destaque estão “internacionalização” – proporção de estudantes e professores estrangeiros e colaboração internacional; citações – impacto internacional da pesquisa; e “relacionamento com a indústria” – transferência de conhecimento. Recentemente, a instituição também foi citada na lista do Center for World University Rankings (CWUR) para 2019-2020.
